As indicated in my letter to you, dated Apri122, 2009, the <br />Certificate of Deposit held by Wells Fargo Bank Colorado under the provisions of this agreement <br />was released and your loan subsequently was paid in full on May 14, 2009. We, therefore, have <br />enclosed the original loan contract stamped "PAID IN FULL", denoting that the terms of this <br />agreement have been satisfied in full by the Silt Water Conservancy District. <br />Should you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 866-3441, ext. 3205.
