<br />The Foundation agrees, as a condition for the receipt of funds pu'suant to this agreement, to: <br />a. $pecify in any announcement of the awarding of a contract for the procurement of goods or <br />services (inciuding canstruction serveces) with an aggregate va!ue of 5500,004 or more the <br />amount af'Federal funds that will be used to finance the acquis:tion; and <br />b. Express the amount announced pursuant to paragraph (1) as a percentage of the toial costs of <br />the planned acquisition. <br />D.S. RIGHTS IN TECHNI^AL DATA <br />Ttjere shall be no restrictions on use of-technical data deueloped under ihis agreement. Rights to all <br />technical data belong to all parties to this agreement, and all parties to this agreement may use ar.y <br />technical data develoaed under this agreement for any purpose they deem appropriate, including <br />pubiication, without fee or rayalty payment <br />D.6.
