This agreement shall remain in effect tllraugh September 30, 2300, unless the agreement is <br />extended, modified or termir.ated after execution. <br />B b AMOUNT UF THE AGREEMENT <br />a, For providing services pursuant to this agreement, the Faundation sha{1 be reimbursed fDr its <br />expenses as follows: charge Reclamation and the States a stiding scale perccntage rate which in <br />turn is based upon the combined fund baEances of Roclamation and the States at the time of <br />dis5ursernent. :hese fees are to caver financial management and personnellcontracts <br />management services: <br />Combined ' <br />Fund Balance <br />$0 to $4,999 . <br />$5,000 to $49,999 <br />S50,000 to,$99,999 <br />$104,000 to $249,999 <br />$250,040 to $499,999 <br />$500,000 and above <br />Percentaee Charae <br />Na Fee/No Earnings <br />3.5°l0 <br />3.0% <br />2.5% <br />2.0°!0 <br />l .4°!0 <br />Notc: For example, if a$5,000 disbursement was requested when the combined fund balances were <br />$100,000, a fee .of $125 would be assessed. <br />b. Unless otherwise directed by the Gavornance Committee, the feas shail be shared by the <br />Parties based on the percenta.ges cited in B.2.g., above. <br />c. This agreement creates no obligatian of the States or Reclamatian for contribution of funds <br />beyond that specified in the ]uly 1997 Agreement and as may bc madc availablc by <br />appropriatian. Funding for the Foundation acpvitics wilJ be provided from funds to be <br />conuibuted by the States and Faderal Government in aceordanee with the July 1997 Agreement. <br />d. The Foundation's cost of providing its servicros may anly be increased by decision of the <br />Governance Committec and cancurrence by Reclama2ion and the Staies, The Foundation shall <br />pravide a 60-day advance written notice to the Executive Director, Granu and Cooperatiae . <br />AgreGmonts Oificec, and the States if it anticipates that the budgeted amount for a given period <br />wiil be insufficient. All costs incurred by the Foundation beyond the budget amount for the <br />periods specified above prior to the required approval sha13 be borne by and become the sole <br />responsibiliry of the Foundation. <br />e. ?he Par:ies are corn;nitted to a mu:ual coaperative effort to share anticipateo budget and <br />expenditure trends with the Foundation in the interests of rnaintaining, a smoath working <br />relationship on a day-to-day basis. . <br />SECT10N C.
