OTHER RESP0N5IBILITTE5 <br />a. The Foundation siatl provide accaunting, bookkceping, and auditing services; provide <br />supplies and services necessary for its office operations; aad provide ather administrative <br />services necessary to properly adir?inister contributions and coniracts in accordance with this <br />zgreement. ' <br />b. The Foundatian shali maintain liability insurancs accep;able to the parties to this agreement <br />covering the wQrk being pe; formed by the Foundation undcr this agreement. Tha costs and fees <br />associated with this caverage shatl be provided in sufficient detail to comply with OMB Circular <br />A-I 10 and applicable laws of the States of Colorado,'PJebraska, and Wyoming, including the <br />requicements found in Attaahments G, N, and W. • B.4. REIMBURSEMENT FOR SERVICFS <br /> <br />a. Reimbursement for servi-.es prQVided by the Faundation and billable to Reclamation will be <br />made by Reclamation pursnant to the provisions of OMB Circular A-110. Reimbursement by <br />Reclamation wili be cnade to the extent, approved by the Gavernance Committee and approved by <br />the Grants and Cooperative Agreements OfFicer' s Technica! Representative. Reclamation' s <br />periodic advance of funds to the foundation pursuant ta Artic{e B.2. of this Agraement will <br />include funds to reimburse the Foundation fot its services. • <br />b. Paymenu by each state to the Foundation shall be in aecordancG with the applicable laws of <br />thw. state, including ary reqtirements specifically de$zribed in Attachments C, N, and W. Each <br />state' s periodic advance of funds :o the Faundation pursuant to Articte B,2. of this Agreement <br />will incJude funds to reimburse the Foundation for its services. <br />c. Foundation fees will be assessed and paid ar :imes af disbursement. The fee wiil be adcied to <br />the disbursemertt at the applicable fee rate on the dace of the disbunement based on the fund <br />balance at the heginn'sng of that business day.
