Vice President <br />Bolinger also greeted newly appointed Board Director, Mr. Robert Lingreen from Atwood, CO. <br />Director Lingreen fills the position vacated by Diane Hoppe. <br />*************************** <br />APPROVAL OF THE AUGUST 3,1999 MINUTES: <br />Director Treadwa,y made the motion to approve the Minutes as submitted. Director Rinaldo <br />seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimouslv. <br />RIVER MONITORING BUSINESS: <br />Division I, Water Court Resume': <br />99-CW-100, English Feedlot 3, LLC - Director Rinaldo made the motion that no <br />statement of opposition be filed on this case. Director Tuck seconded the motion <br />which passed unanimously. <br />• 99-CW-102, Morgan County Qiiality Water District - Director Rinaldo made the <br />motion to file a statement of opposition on this case since the well does not have <br />au--nenfafion p1an.JDirector Treadway seconded the motion. 1Vi66on passedJ <br />unanimouslv. <br />Julesburg Recharge Demotistration Project: <br />Manager Schott reported that within the next two months it will be necessary for the Board to <br />discuss the possibility of raising assessment fees on the Julesburg well owners as the costs for <br />services and expenses from the Julesburg Irrigation District & Liddle Ditch/Thrasher sites keep <br />rising due to increased amounts of water delivered to the sites. <br />Manager Schott also reported that he had contacted Larry Frame from the Julesburg Irrigation <br />District to try and set up a meeting with the District Board and the Julesburg Irrigation Board to <br />discuss the Peterson Ditch Agreement. Mr. Frame said he would discuss this request with the <br />Julesburg Irrigation Board and get back to Manager Schott after their next Board meeting. <br />FINANCE REPORT: <br />Director Crandall made the motion to approve pavment of checks numbering 6728 throuph 6754. <br />Director Rinaldo seconded. Motion passed unanimouslv. <br />2
