<br />SOUTH PLATTE LOWER RIVER GROUP, INC.: <br />Director Crandall made the motion that the District purchase 367.2 acre feet of available recharge <br />credits from the South Platte Lower River Group at a cost of $7.00 per acre-foot. The total cost to <br />the District for the 367.2 acre-feet would be $2,570.40. Director Fender seconded the motion. <br />Motion passed. Director Linjzreen voted against the motion. The Board directed Manager Schott to <br />ask Jon Altenhofen from the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District to possibly attend next <br />month's meeting to discuss winter credits. <br />Director Treadway said that Greg VValcher, Director of Natural Resources, Don Ament, <br />Commissioner of Agriculture and Howard Propst will be representing Colorado on the Governance <br />Committee for the Cooperative Agreement and the 3-State Endangered Species Basin Recovery <br />Program. <br />The next meeting of the.South Platte Lower River Group will be held at the District office on <br />January 24. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />Gene Schleiger from the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District reiterated the need for <br />cooperation in the 3-State Agreement.
