MANAGER'S REPORT: <br />Included in Manager Schott's report were the following: <br />• Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District's Spring Water User's Meeting <br />will be held in Fort Collins on Tuesday, April 11, 2000. The meeting will be held <br />at the University Park Holiday Inn, 425 West Prospect Road, Fort Collins, ' <br />beginning at 8:00 a.m. i <br />• Dick Pazachuu, South Platte Watershed Coordinator from the Water Quality ? <br />Control Division of the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment, ? <br />will hold an informational discussion of water quality topics of interest to the lower <br />South Platte basin on March 29, 2000 at the District office. I <br />• Sterling # 1 Ditch will be sponsoring a tour on April 10 from 11:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m j <br />at their new river diversion structure located NE of Atwood. - ? <br />SOUTH PLATTE LOWER RIVER GROUP, INC.: <br />A 3-State Cooperative Agreement meeting will be held in Sterling on Apri125 - 27'. <br />Representatives from Colorado, Nebraska & Wyoming as well as other state and federal agencies are <br />expected to attend. <br />The Board expressed interest in acting as contractor for financial portions of various-grants for the , <br />Tamarack Project. Manager Schott was directed to contact the District's accountant, Mike Lauer, <br />to discuss accounting procedures. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />Rick Brown representative from the Colorado Water Conservation Boazd updated the Boazd on=the <br />progress vf the 3-State Agreement.
