• Manager Frank met with representatives of the Logan County Water Conservancy District and Mike Groves regarding a feasibility study for the Pawnee Creek Reservoir. The Logan County Water Conservaricy District will most likeiy opt not to fund the study at this time as the study would not guaxantee participation and funding to develop the project. • Jamie Hurd has been hired as the District Technician to replace Joey Willeke. Jamie has been working part-time this month buit will start full-time beginning December l st • The South Platte Water Related Activities Program (SPWRAP) held its first annual meeting on October 26`' after the South l?latte Forum. Manager Frank estimated Lower's contribution to the program iuould range from approximately $650 to $1400 for 2007. Manager Frank updated the Board on the 3-States Agreement noting that Nebraska recently signedl the agreement. SOUTH PLATTE LOWER RIVER GROUP, INC_ Director Treadway said that the next meeting of the South Platte Lower River Group will be held November 29, 2006 at the District office.
