IYIANAGER' S REPORT: <br />Included in Manager Frank's report were the following: <br />• The staff from the Division of Water Resources have moved from the District's <br />offices to their own office in Sterling at 111 Main Street. The phone number will <br />rer,lain the sa.?--tie att 970/522-5390. <br />• Manager Frank reported that 560 applications have been received to-date for the <br />Water 2025 Grant. A modification agreement with the Bureau has been signed <br />for a one-year extension. Funds remain for approximately 100 additional <br />applications. <br />• Manager Frank spoke with Dick Walker, representative with the Logan County <br />Water Conservancy District, regarding the Pawnee Creek Reservoir. Yivj??i w3iliu iui? ay?.ivni??aieij? ,tp-Arv'vvv. lviaiiagC:T Fiaiin <br />told Mr. Walker that Lower does not have the funds to pay for a study at this time. <br />• A meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 23, 2006 in Greeley between <br />Central, Northern and Lower regarding Hardin. <br />• The District is currently advertising for a District Technician to replace Joey <br />Willeke who has resigned. <br />SOiJTH PLATTE LOWER RIVER GROUP, INC: <br />Jon Altenhofen from the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District reported that the 3- <br />States Agreement has been approved by Colorado, Wyoming and the Federal Government. <br />Nebraska has yet to approve the agreement. <br />oLD BusnvESS: <br />None <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />None <br />-4-
