President Stromberger appointed past Board Presidents Jim Aranci, Jirn Powers, <br />Ken Crandall and Steve Treadway to serve with him on the Nominating <br />Committee for the 2006 officers. <br />NLANAGER'S R-EP0RT: <br />Included in Manager Frank's report were: <br />• Manager Frank stated that staff fram NCWCD's Irrigation Management Services <br />will be testing several different types of telemetry equipment on the lower end of <br />the river as part of a feasibility study. Initial thought is to use Lower's office to <br />receive all the data. Selecting the two South <br />. platte basin representatives to serve on_the Interbasin Compact Committee is _ <br />included on the December l3t" Agenda. <br />• Dirzctor Lingreen reviewed the process ta be used in the GASP auction which <br />will be held February 9t'' at the Island Crrove in Greeley.
