Wheeler and Associates, Inc.; design and construction oversight. <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB); financing and construction. <br />The North Steriing Irrigation District will be the lead for the financing, design, and construction of <br />the project and will be the entity entering into contracts and agreements with the various entities <br />for the services provided by each. <br />North Sterling Irrigation District Page 10 of 13 <br />Dam Crest and Spillway Improvement Feasibility Study <br />March 1, 2009 <br />
