RRLC's share of the credits is divided on a pro rata basis to each of the <br />2,505 rights in the company. Records in Appendix B were obtained from RRLC <br />records; the records at the Colorado Division of Water Resources are not separated into <br />the various uses as presented in the Appendix. <br />PROJECT SERVICE AREA <br />The RRLC project site and project service area are located primarily in Morgan County, <br />from about 18 miles west of Fort Morgan to about 18 miles east of Fort Morgan, on the <br />north side of the South Platte River (see Figure 1). The District serves water to <br />approximately 22,500 acres. Supplemental irr-igation supplies are delivered to about <br />25,000 acres of additional land located outside the District. The water is typically used to <br />irrigate corn, alfalfa, beans, and sugar beets. <br />7 <br />
