B.l.c. Add the following paragraph: Services to be Provided as a Contracting Agent: The funds budgeted to perform additional professional services, specifically for the Platte River Implementation Program, is modified and shown in Attachment V-1 and Colorado's portion of the budget is increased by up to $394,791.90. The total funds budgeted for the Platte River Implementation Program is $1,172,769.90. e. B.2.b. Add the following paragraph: Funds collected for the Platte River Implementation Program will be held in a separate fund "Platte River Implementation Program." Cantributions to this account will be provided by Reclamation and the States of Colorado and Wyoming. f. Delete Subpazagraph B.2.g in its entirety and substitute the following: "Disbursements from the Platte River Cooperative Agreement funds shall be made from the parties' accounts in the following proportions: Reclamation: 65.790/o Colorado: ` 15.79°10 Nebraska: 10.53% Wyoming: 7.89% . Disbursements from the Platte River Lnplementation Program funds shall be made from the parties' accounts in the following proportions: Reclamation: 83.97% Colorado: 12.82% Nebraska: 0.00% Wyoming: 3.21 % Exceptions to these allocations will only occur when Reclamation and the States all agree and direct the Foundation otherwise through Governance Committee action." g.
