For Colorado's Financial Provisions, Substitute the following: <br />ATTACHMENT C -1 <br />Agency or Department Name <br />Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board . <br />Department or Agency <br />Number <br />PDA <br />Contract Routing Number <br />07 PDA 000 <br />CONTRACT AMENDMENT # 5 <br />Administrative Support to the Governance Committee and Executive Director for the Platte <br />River Endangered Species Partnership <br />THIS AMENDMENT, made this day of 2407, by and between the <br />State of Colorado for the use and benefit of the Department of Natural Resources, Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 721, Denver, CO 80203, hereinafter <br />referred to as the State, and Nebraska Community Foundation, 317 South 12d' Street, Suite 200, <br />Lincoln, NE 68508, hereinafter referred to as the contractor, <br />FACTUAL RECITALS <br />Authority exists in the Law and Funds have been budgeted, appropriated, and otherwise made <br />available and a sufficient unencumbered balance thereof remains available for payment; and <br />Required approval, clearance, and coordination has been accomplished frorn and with <br />apprvpriate agencies; and <br />The parties entered into a contract dated July 1, 1999, for financial management and <br />administrative support in the implementation of the July 1997 Cooperative Agreement for Platte <br />River Research and Other Efforts Relating to Endangered Species Habitats Along the Central <br />Platte River, Nebraska, the purpose for this amendment is described below. <br />Then in December 2006, the parties signed the Platter River Recovery Implementation Program <br />Agreernent, which initiated the Program on January 1, 2007. <br />The purpose of this modification is to add fund, Piatte River Implementation Program, and <br />specify the disbursement of funds for services during the transition to the Program's first <br />increment. Current services will continue to be provided unchanged until such time as they are <br />completed and the parties have entered into a new financial assistance arrangement. The <br />Nebraska Community Foundation will continue to disperse funds. <br />4
