THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT IS ENTERED ZNTO PURSUANT TO AUTHORITY OF <br />Item D.1, Modification, of the cooperative agreement. <br />It modifies the above numbered assistance agreement as set forth in Block 8 <br />10. DESCRIPTION OF MODIEICATION: <br />Proiect Title: Technical and Administrative Support to the Governance Committee and Executive Director <br />for the Platte River Endangered Species Partnership <br />Notice of Additional Reservation of Funds: In addition to the funds reserved under the above agreement, <br />an additional $160,000 is now zeserved to cover payment of all earnings under the agreement for the <br />period of Fiscal Year 2001. Total funding for this agreement is now changed from $680,000 to $840,000. <br />It is expressly understood that the Government has no obligation to provide funds in addition to those <br />reserved in writing. <br />Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Block 8, as heretofore <br />changed, remain unchanged and in full force and effect. <br />11.
