+r <br />.Y <br />Moc :ation No. 004 <br />Coot::ative Agreement No. 99-FC-60-11870 <br />agneement, as modified, the state and federal representatives for the agreement and the Nebraska Community <br />Foundation may agree in writing to modify individual budgets within the total budget set forth above, <br />provided that the State of Wyoming's expenditures under this agreement, when combined with Wyoming <br />payments to the the Executive Director's office before this agreement was executed, shall not exceed <br />$400,000.00. <br />The Department of the Interior Special Provisions <br />As set forth in Section B.2.g. of this agreement and Table 1, Appendix B, of the July 1997 Cooperative <br />Agreement for Platte River Research and Other Efforts Relating to Endangered Species Habitats Along the <br />Central Platte River, Nebraska, the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation's share of the total <br />budget is $2,500,000.00 or no more than 65.79% of the total budget, when combined with Reclamation <br />payments to the the Executive Director's office before this agreement was executed. <br />Page 3 of 3
