OpenLayers - OpenLayers is an open source client technology used to implement a map viewer
(Figtcre 4-4). It can consume map services such as WMS and WFS from ArcGIS Server and
from open source servers such as MapServer or GeoServer. The license for implementing an
OpenLayers solution with an open source server is free.
