??PET??? `We've got you covered"
UUMB
I N S U R A N C E A G E iU C Y
1902 HOWARD STREET/OMAH,4. NE 68102 -
November 27, 2007
Page -2-
Dr. Jerry Kenney
We have discussed at length the "intentional release ar pulse flow" issue; I have
addressed that in the proposal on the General Liability side where any claims for
Property Damage ar Bodily Injury would come from. Since the operations of the
Program are to generate pulse flows and underwriters are aware they would not be
considered "intentional acts". The same hoIds true for the Management Liability
coverage proposed. We suggest the named insured be Platte River Recover_y
Implementation Program using your office as the mailing address thus you would
receive anv notices regarding the policies. Additional insured's would also receive
notices but the right to make changes would be with the Named Insured i.e. Platte River
Recovery Implementation Program.
Thc proposed effective date of coverage is January 1, 2008 to January 1, 2009. Please
notice that we are providing $1,000,000 occurrence $3,000,000 aggregate for both General
Liability and :VIanagement Liability, these Primary limifis are for separate limits for each
coverage part. Plus we have included $10,000,000 occurrence $10,000,000 aggregate for
the excess thus a total limit of $11,000,000 per occurrence would be in place.
We can obtain excess Iimits over the proposed $20,000,000 in the future should it be
desired by the Program. Thank you for the opportunity to provide the proposal and
please call me with any questions on the material submitted.
SincerelNr
.
?
Car1:VI.
