Based on change in exposures the premium could change on
an annual basis.
In our discussions both in Keamey at the conference and our subsequent phone
conversation we covered the wording "Property Insurance" to mean Liability coverage
for land owned leased or otherwise used in the operations. That is part of the General
Liability coverage.
We have discussed at length "Who Is an Insured" for both the General Liability and in
particular for the Management Liability coverage parts. I have included as indicated
both coverage forms in the documents attached. Section II, 2. a& b. describe the Governance
Committe2 and subcominitfee members.
The Management Liability coverage form details "Who Is an Insured" begiiuling on
page 7 Section III. Who is an Insured, again 1., d& e, describe the program and the
parries to be covered. Paragraph 2. a& b describe the Govemance Committee and
subcommittee members.
Central Nebraska and Nebraska Public Power and others as necessarv can be added as
Additional Insured by endorsement and Certificates provided. We must remember the
more addirional insured, the limits are shared, not limits for each insured added.
BUSINE5S: 402.341.2166 - FAX: 402.345.7722 a E-tvtAlL: dpater4@tibm.net
