Figure 10 illustrates 1993 hydrographs of the Green River at <br />our station 16 and our wetland staff gauge stations 1 and 3 <br />located in the main study area wetlands. The Green River is more <br />than 5 feet higher in elevation than wetland water levels in <br />spring. Thus, the river dike is holding back tremendous head. <br />Station 1 records a steady drop in water level that parallels the <br />drop in the Green River. However, water levels at station 3 <br />remain stable and even rise later in the summer.
