a water distribution system, a pump- house, 15 two-unit comfort stations, and fisherman access facilities are parts of the contract. A $600,000 contract to remove 83,500 tons of gravel from the McPhee Reservoir pit was awarded in October 1985 and completed prior to the end of the fiscal year. A $142,000 contract for modifica- tions to the McPhee Dam spillway was awarded in May. The contract was com- pleted prior to the year's end. The pri- mary purpose of the contract was to install an airslot to reduce cavitation in the spillway. Work on the $3,000,000 contract for Ormiston Point and Lone Dome Roads, which was awarded in Sep- tember of 1983, was substantially com- plete by the year's end. Supplements to the Dolores Project Definite Plan Report and Environmental Impact Statement are being prepared incorporating McElmo Creek Salinity features with Dolores. Central Utah Project: Bonneville Unit - The Final Supplement to the Final Envi- ronmental Supplement of the Municipal and Industrial System, Bonneville, Unit Central Utah Project was filed August 28, 1986. Construction work on contracts totaling about $12.5 million continued on several features. Six new contracts totaling approximately $6.4 million were awarded during the year. The contracts awarded were as follows: Rhodes and Win Diver- sions and Pipelines for $1,350,000 in Sep- tember 1986; Docs Diversion and Feeder Pipeline for $1,527,000 in July 1986; Hades Feeder Pipeline for $2,193,000 in June 1986; Landscaping of the Duchesne Government Community in November 1985 for $63,000; Strawberry O&M Facili- ties for $480,000 in May 1986; and Straw- berry Administration Building and Fish Stripping Station for $792,000 in July 1986. The $4,484,000 contract for Sand Production for Upper Stillwater Dam was about 75 percent completed by the end of FY 86. The North Fork Siphon contract which was awarded in July 1984, for $5,658,000 was over 85 percent com- pleted by the fiscal year's end. The $24,436,000 contract for Jordan Aqueduct Reach 4 and Alpine Aqueduct Reach 3 was 90 percent completed at the end of FY 86. Docs Feeder Pipeline and Hades Feeder Pipeline were about 30 and 60 percent complete, respectively. The current contract value for Upper Stillwater Dam awarded in December 1983, is now $77,125,000 and the work was approximately 60 percent complete at the end of FY 86. The Strawberry O&M Facilities and the Fish Stripping and Administration Build- ings were about 35 and 50 percent com- plete, respectively, at the end of FY 86. Jensen Unit - with minimal construction, work was substantially complete on both the Tyzack Pumping Plant and on Reach 2 of the Tyzack Aqueduct. Uintah Unit - The Bureau of Reclama- tion has proposed nonstructural alterna- tives to meet the terms of the Deferral Agreement with the Ute Indian Tribe. The Tribe has not responded to the proposal.
