<br />A mid-winter, semiannual meeting of the Wildlife Council was called to be <br />held in January, 1989 at Monterey, California. This meeting will consider <br />results of the council's application for funding from administrative funds, <br />future organization and goals of the council and consideration of the results <br />of assignments made at this meeting. The exact date and location of the <br />winter meeting will be announced by Rod Stone, secretary. <br />The next annual meeting of the technical committee will be held, probably in <br />Las Vegas, Nevada, 'early February, 1989.
