B. Transcription of the Minutes
John Donaldson explained that for the past several years, the reproduction
had been following the Technical Committee sequence, so it would mean
that Arizona would be called upon to reproduce them for distribution.
For Bud's information, the address labels, distribution list, and minutes
are forwarded ready for reproduction and mailing.
C. Date of next meeting
After a short discussion, Bud Bristow, Arizona, moved that the
meeting be set for April 2 and 3, 1984. Fred Worthley seconded the
motion and it carried unanimously.
IX. ADJOURNMENT
John Donaldson announced that Jack Dieringer would be retiring
June 3.
Doug Day wished him well and suggested he come and participate,
as he knew where the meeting was held.
Doug Day thanked the group and the meeting was adjourned.
