<br />The Coordination Team will meet on a semiannual basis to report on progress and effectiveness of <br />the Strategy implementation. <br /> <br />Coordination Team meetings will be open to the public. Meeting decision summaries and progress <br />reports will be distributed to the Coordination Team and to other interested parties upon request. <br /> <br />Implementing a Conservation Schedule <br /> <br />A total of 10 years is anticipated for completion of all actions identified and specified in the <br />Strategy. The parties agree that significant actions to benefit CRCT will be implemented and <br />documented within the first five (5) years. <br /> <br />Conservation actions will be scheduled and reviewed on an annual basis by the signatory agencies <br />based on recommendations from the Coordination Team. Activities that will be conducted during <br />the first 3-5 years are listed in the Strategy. The Strategy is a flexible document and will be revised <br />annually as necessary. <br /> <br />Each signatory to the Agreement will coordinate, implement and monitor conservation actions they <br />and their cooperators are responsible for as designated in the annual work plan. The Coordination <br />T earn will review accomplishments by the signatory agencies and their cooperators in the context <br />of progress toward Strategy goals and objectives. <br /> <br />Funding Conservation Actions <br /> <br />Funding for the Agreement will be provided by a variety of sources. Federal, State and local sources <br />will need to provide or secure funding to initiate procedures and tasks of the Agreement and <br />Strategy. <br /> <br />It is understood that all funds expended in accordance with this Agreement are subject to approval <br />by the appropriate local, state or Federal appropriations. This instrument is neither a fiscal nor a <br />funds obligation document. Any endeavor involving reimbursement or contribution of funds <br />between parties to this instrument will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, <br />and procedures, including those for Government procurement and printing. Such endeavors will be <br />outlined in separate agreements that shall be made in writing by representatives of the parties and <br />shall be independently authorized by appropriate statutory authority. This instrument does not <br />provide such authority. Specifically, this instrument does not establish authority for noncompetitive <br />awards to the cooperator of any contract or other agreement. Any contract or agreement for training <br />or other services must fully comply with all applicable requirements for competition. <br /> <br />Conservation Progress Assessment <br /> <br />An annual range-wide assessment report of progress towards implementing actions identified in this <br />Agreement will be provided to the signatory agencies by the Coordination Team.
