<br /> <br />concert with conservation of endangered species". <br /> <br />All parties to this Agreement recognize that they each have specific statutory responsibilities that <br />cannot be delegated, particularly with respect to the management and conservation of wildlife, its <br />habitat and the management, development and allocation of water resources. Nothing in this <br />Agreement or the Strategy is intended to abrogate any of the parties' respective responsibilities. <br /> <br />This Agreement is subject to and is intended to be consistent with all applicable Federal and State <br />laws and interstate compacts. <br /> <br />This instrument in no way restricts the parties involved from participating in similar activities with <br />other public or private agencies, organizations or individuals. <br /> <br />The State of Wyoming and the Commission do not waive sovereign immunity by entering into this <br />Agreement, and specifically retain immunity and all defenses available to them as sovereigns <br />pursuant to Wyoming Statute 1-39-104(a) and all other state law. . <br /> <br />Modifications within the scope of this instrument shall be made by the issuance of a bilateraUy- <br />executed modification prior to any changes being performed. <br /> <br />IV. CONSERVATION ACTIONS <br /> <br />The Strategy clearly outlines the actions to be implemented for the conselVation of CRCT over the <br />next three to five years. In addition, four general administrative actions, as outlined below,' will be <br />implemented. <br /> <br />Coordinating Conservation Activities <br /> <br />Administration of the Agreement will be conducted by a Coordination Team. The team shall consist <br />of one designated representative from each signatory to this Agreement and may include technical <br />and legal advisors and other members as deemed necessary by the signatories. <br /> <br />The designated team leader will rotate annually among the representatives from the three state <br />wildlife agencies iri.volved. <br /> <br />Authority of the Coordination Team shall be limited to making recommendations for the <br />conservation of CRCT to the Administrators of the signatory agencies. <br /> <br />The Coordination Team will meet annually to develop range-wide priorities, review the annual <br />conservation work plans developed for each state, coordinate tasks and agency resources to most <br />effectively implement the work plan, and review and revise the Strategy as required. <br /> <br />Modifications within the scope of this instrument shall be made by the issuance of a bilaterally- <br />executed modification prior to any changes being performed. <br /> <br />March 1999 <br /> <br />3 <br />
