4 <br />G. Appoint a representative to serve as the Trust liaison with <br />Reclamation, and any principal investigators selected by the Trust. <br />H. Provide equipment and personnel to assist in the preparation, <br />publication, and distribution of the interim and final reports. <br />I. Provide progress reports to accompany each billing to Reclamation <br />which discuss but are not limited to progress, problems and issues, and future <br />activities that are planned under the agreement. a <br />J. Prepare a draft final report for Reclamation's review and comment <br />K. Prepare a final narrative report, which includes an executive <br />summary and recommendations which can be used by Reclamation in decisions <br />relating to management of the River and its resources for the benefit of the <br />public. <br />V. RECLAMATION WILL: <br />A. Provide funds in the amount of $200,000 to fund costs associated <br />with completing the activities included in the terms of this agreement (See <br />Attachment A. Deliverables/Time Frame). <br />B. Appoint an administrative representative to serve as Reclamation. <br />liaison with the Trust and any principal investigators that are appointed by <br />the Trust to complete the study. In addition a technical representative will <br />be selected to interface with the investigators appointed by the Trust. <br />L. Review, comment and make recommendations to the Trust on draft <br />progress reports that relate to the management of the River. <br />0. Provide in-kind technical services necessary to completion of the <br />work described in this agreement, including but not limited to consultation, <br />advice, use of computer models and other analytical tools, reproduction of <br />documents, and distribution of the final report to interested agencies and <br />individuals. <br />VI. TRUST and RECLAMATION SHALL: <br />A. Not be obligated to expend funds or to make any funds available <br />- for the purpose herein stated in excess of appropriations authorized by law <br />and administratively allocatad for this work. <br />B. Acknowledge all signatories, along with other participating <br />organizations, in any documents and reports associated with the work heroin <br />described. <br />VII. NOTICE-BILLINGS: <br />A. Billings by the Trust to Reclamation shall be prepared on the <br />basis of actual expenditures of salaries, professional fees, materials, <br />publications, communications, and travel costs. Billings shall be sent to <br />Reclamation at the address listed in section b. below. Reclamation will <br />4 <br />APPENDIX C
