<br />. <br /> <br />Introductory Information for Ralph (Butch) Clark <br /> <br />My wife and I have lived in Gunnsion since 1970. I am self- <br />employed as an in~estor and environmental planner, but primarily <br />work as a nail-pounder on a house my wife and I are building - <br />four years so far with four more to go. I earned a MA in <br />Business here at Western and a Ph.D. in environmental planning <br />from th~ University of London. My wife and I have about 200 <br />acres of irrigated meadow. She does most of the irrigation and I <br />sometimes give advice. I serve as President of Gunnison Basin <br />POWER (People Opposing Water Export Raids) and am active in a <br />number of other organizations. <br />
