Since 1990, PIONEER has provided a wide range of environmental services for Lake
Catamount Resort, including: conducting public involvement activities; establishing and
maintaining agency coordination; preparing a 404 permit application; writing a Biological
Assessment; and conducting requisite analyses and drafting the wildlife, grazing and
transportation sections of the EIS. We subsequently collected supplementary information on
threatened and endangered species and on cumulative effects in support of the challenged EIS.
Most recently we studied elk habitat utilization and potential impacts to agriculture and
residential property.
