Experience

Ms, Davies holds an M.S. in ecology at Utah State University. She has worked for nine years
with universities and federal resource management agencies as a field biologist involved in a
wide range of projects. With PIONEER, she has specialized in vegetation typing and inventory,
wetland delineation, and surveys for plant species of concern, working in cold desert, riparian,
montane, and alpine habitats in Utah, Colorado, and other western states. She has extensive
experience working with insects and a variety of mammals. She is a competent technical writer
familiar with pertinent environmental regulations.

Representative Projects

Ms. Davies has served as senior biologist, specializing in birds, small mammals, botany and
wetlands, on most projects PIONEER has completed in the past five years.
