In 1994, we conducted this study with funding <br />from the National Park Service and in 1995 a similar study with similar objectives <br />was funded by the Recovery Program. The goals of this study, in 1994, were to <br />determine the importance of the Little Snake River to endangered fishes, <br />specifically Colorado squawfish and humpback chub and in the process, to <br />characterize the composition of fish in the Little Snake River. <br /> <br />Objectives: <br />1. To identify when and why Colorado squawfish and humpback chub occupy <br />the Little Snake River. <br />2. To identify the fish composition of the Little Snake River during runoff and <br />baseflow. <br /> <br />2 <br />
