t <br />I CHAPTER III GAINS ALONG THE REACH <br />1 <br />Municipal and Industrial Returns <br />A similar type of return flow results from municipal water use. There are two municipal <br />returns along the Reach. The returns enter the Reach at the 32 Road sewage treatment plant <br />and the Palisade treatment plant. The return flow from the 32 Road plant is less than 1 cfs, <br />so the contribution of these return flows is negligible. <br />Storm runoff would also add flows to the Reach, but since they are unpredictable and <br />infrequent, they were not considered a useful source of water for this study. <br />[J <br />t <br />1 <br />1 <br />t <br />1 <br />t <br />1 <br />i <br /> <br />19
