<br />Revised Supplemental Draft Environmental Assessment-Chapter I-Introduction <br /> <br />Cultural Resource <br /> <br />Protect Historic Dam-The Price-Stubb Diversion Dam is eligible for listing on the <br />National Register of Historic Places., and Federal agencies are responsible for ensuring <br />that their actions do not adversely affect the historic qualities of the dam. <br /> <br />Social and Economic Resources <br /> <br />Hydropower-The Price-Stubb Diversion Dam could be used to gep.erate hydroelectric <br />power. Fish passage alternatives may reduce potential power generation, and dam <br />removal would preclude hydropower development. <br /> <br />Costs and Benefits-some people question using taxpayer's money to provide <br />passage for endangered fish. <br /> <br />6 <br />
