None of these actions, if done alone, is <br />expected to recover the endangered fishes. <br />Recovery Program participants believe that <br />multiple factors have contributed to the decline and <br />endangennent of the species, and multiple actions <br />will be necessary to achieve recovery of the <br />endangered fishes. In conjunction with the other <br />listed Recovery Program activities, habitat <br />restoration and protection is expected to help <br />achieve and sustain recovery. <br />
