Dear Mr. Soker:

Attached is a resolution recently adopted by our City Council on the draft Environmental
Assessment for the endangered fish program. It is my understanding that you will be here to
discuss the program with our Council on March 18. 1998 at 6:00 p.m. I suggest that you
address some of the concerns expressed in the resolution.

Should you provide substantive new infonnation. I assume that our Council would be prepared
to amend the resolution later that night. We appreciate you time and effort in meeting with us
next week.
