Aspinall Unit purposes. As an example, adjusting flow recommendations for extremely dry years
would reduce negative impacts. Decisions need to be made on how much the reliable water yield
from the Aspinall Unit can be impacted to meet flow recommendations and how the NPS reserved
right quantification relates to draft endangered fish flows. These activities will be completed
prior to any final decisions on operation changes.
