GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The Redlands Fish Passageway was constructed and completed in accordance with the
contract provisions and clauses, specifications and drawings contained in Solicitation
No. 1425-5-S1-40-18150.

Work was performed under a sealed bid firm fixed price contract. R.W. Jones
Construction, Incorporated was the low bidder and was awarded the contract.
