METHODS <br />Evaluation of previously collected data <br />All available data collected by Colorado Division of Wildlife (CDOW), Utah <br />Division of Wildlife Resources (UDWR) or Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) (see <br />Appendix A for a list of dBASE filenames that were examined [Tables 11-151 and <br />for a description of the sampling designs used [Tables 16 and 17]) were examined <br />for sampling efforts that used the gear types specified in the ISMP Handbook and <br />occurred during time frames and in the river reaches outlined in the ISMP <br />Handbook. All data that met the above criteria were examined. <br />The specific criteria for inclusion of data are: <br />Post-Larval Colorado Squawfish Monitoring <br />Gear Type: 1/8-in-mesh, 3/16-in-mesh, or 1/4-in-mesh seines <br />Time Period: September or October Habitat type: Backwaters <br />River Miles Sampled: <br />Green River -- 0 to 110 and 140-170 <br />Colorado River -- 0 to 120 and 200 to 319 <br />Late Juvenile-Adult Colorado Squawfish Monitoring <br />Gear Type: Eiectrofishing Time Period: March, April or May <br />Habitat type: Shoreline <br />River Miles Sampled: <br />Green River -- 40 to 56, 96 to 115, 245 to 260, 300 to 319 or 327 to 335 <br />Colorado River -- 49 to 68, 86 to 99 or 132 to 154 <br />Yampa River -- 49 to 54, 70 to 80 or 95 to 105 <br />White River -- 0 to 21 or 95 to 104 <br />2
