The following were suggested as appropriate continuing activities:
o Review the existing reGOVery plans.
o Provide technical assistance to the Steering and Coordinating
Committees.
o Provide oversight, potentially, and coordination of continuing data
collection activities of both State and Federal agencies.
It is recommended that a standing committee, of yet undetermined composition,
be established to direct research efforts (on the part of alI agencies and
private groups), and to improve and test the model(s), as well a5 to make
recommendations on further study of varf4us non-flow management options.
