<br />Camping facilities, roads and parking areas at Paonia Reservoir
<br />have been completed.
<br />
<br />At the Pine River site in the Navajo Reservoir Recreation Area,
<br />the water supply and distribution system, the sanitary system and
<br />four comfort stations have been completed. In the Colorado portion
<br />of the area, water system, sanitary system, access roads, and a boat
<br />launching ramp have been completed at the Arboles sites.
<br />
<br />4. PROGRESS OF RETURN AND REPAYMENT OF
<br />FEDERAL INVESTMENT
<br />
<br />Through June 30, 1964, a total of $87,659 has been returned
<br />to the Treasury as repayment of interest and Federal investment.
<br />Of this total $59,560 represents repayment of Federal investment
<br />and $28,099 represents return of interest on municipal and industrial
<br />water investment.
<br />
<br />Repayment contracts which schedule annual payments on irriga-
<br />tion and municipal and industrial water facilities have been executed
<br />with water users' organizations on the following participating
<br />projects.
<br />
<br />3. ALLOCATON OF FEDERAL INVESTMENT
<br />
<br />Section 6 of the authorizing act states that upon completion of
<br />each unit, participating project, or separable feature thereof, the
<br />Secretary shall allocate the total cost of constructing said unit,
<br />project, or feature to the various purposes authorized in the act or
<br />authorized under reclamation law. No formal allocations to the
<br />several purposes to be served by the project have been made of the
<br />cost to June 30, 1964. However, tentative allocations have been made
<br />oLthe totaLestimated cost of projects..now under construction (see
<br />schedule No.6). The tentative allocations are summarized as follows:
