Awareness of Stocking of Non-Native Sportfish Issue

As noted in the introduction, the stocking of non-native warm water sportfish (e,g" bass,
catfish, tiger muskie) has been considered by some to be a contributing factor in the decline of
the four endangered fish, The following figures and tables address the stocking issue, About a
third of the entire sample had heard of the issue of stocking non-native sportfish (Figure 23).
