Endangered Fish Survey

When the interviewer provided the names of the four fish to respondents, most (84%) indicated
that they had heard about these species (Figure 8), After prompting, ninety-five percent of the
elected officials, 89% of the anglers, and 88% of the environmental group members
remembered hearing about the fish (Figure 9), Awareness increased to .71% for the general
public strata after prompting,
