<br />Colorado Pikeminnow - 4 <br /> <br />adults for 12 years, and San Juan River is maintained as a wild refugia of at least <br />1,200 adults for 5 years after deli sting, unless agreements expand this period of <br />maintenance, OR <br />2. San Juan River population equals to at least 1,000 adults for 12 years and Upper <br />Colorado River population maintains existing numbers of at least 600 adults, such <br />that (for all populations, except for the wild refugia): <br />a. a trend in adult population point estimates for the same 12 year period that <br />does not decline significantly, and <br />b. portion of ages 0, 5, and 6 that equal or exceed catch rates and proportions <br />provided in Table 3 for 8 ofthe same 12 years. <br />3. Provide legal assurance and/or agreements for flows necessary to recover the <br />Colorado pikeminnow, including tributaries which are important to the life history <br />of the species. <br /> <br />Other Ree:ions of the Colorado River Basin <br />1.
