' did move to different areas within this pool (Figures 23 and 24). The areas in this pool
that were commonly used included a deep area with low velocity under the bridge, and a
1 deep area at the end of the pool that contained a submerged bedrock shelf. CC771 was
' not located by ground crews after the month of September. During later October, CC771
was reported by aircraft to be located at a position nearly four miles downstream.
