Parameters to be measured include water surface elevation at selected sites, <br />and discharge measurements ' compi e om existing gages. The results of this study wi <br />serve as a tool for the Governance Committee to assist in developing a better understanding of <br />the hydraulic and operational aspects of pulse flows related to Program activities t t e? 2 <br />mechanics of pulse flow d?ater conveyance monitoring and research. <br />? ? <br />In responding to this RFP, the Governance Committee requests the following information: <br />l. Scope of work for completing this project. Prospective contractor should address the tasks <br />outlined herein. <br />2. Detailed schedule for completing each task in the preliminary scope. The following are the <br />critical dates related to this project and the Governance Committee's preferred schedule: <br />February-April, 2008 Time window for pulse flow release <br />February 1, 2008 Final agreement with contractor <br />March 1, 2008 Contractor monitoring activities in place <br />May 31, 2008 Final monitoring complete (to capture natural events) <br />August 31, 2008 Draft Report submitted for comment <br />October 31, 2008 Final Report
