<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Multl-ObJectlve Priority and Bonus Factors: (Describe any that apply) <br />Project makes effective utilization of labor from Colorado Youth Corps ("CYC") or other <br />non-profit organizations. <br /> <br />The Project Is consistent with the goals for priority areas estabUshed by Colorado <br />weed regulations, In particular the salt cedar management plan: 8CCR 1206-2 part 4. <br /> <br />The Project includes reliable method to assess and/or quantify changes In riparian <br />hydrology as a result of control and revegetation. <br />We will have a biologist from Colorado DOW doing an aquatic assessment each year along <br />the river to give us quantifiable results for water quality and effects on aquatic life. <br /> <br />The Project incorporates an educational component (such as school field trips, <br />volunteer recruitment, news media coverage, etc.) that increases public awareness of <br />TRO Issues or Includes innovative strategy for biomass reduction/utilization. <br />We will give presentations at local fairs and shows to educate the local residents of the effect <br />of TRO and the benefits of its removal. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />6 <br />
