<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />Application Part II. <br />For each of the evaluation elements and criteria briefly, but with specific detail, describe how the <br />proposed project meets the following topics: <br /> <br /> Mandatory Project Elements <br />Consistency with State approved TRO control plan <br />Control of TRO in priority infested areas through "integrated pest management" (I PM). <br />Native revegetation/restoration, either natural processes or through direct intervention (Le. <br />reseeding or replanting). <br />Monitoring of project effectiveness for a minimum of five years. <br />Maintenance of restored areas for a minimum of five years. <br /> Capacity of Applicant <br />History of working cooperatively in partnership with local land owners, other community <br />organizations and local, state and federal agencies. <br />Additional level of cash and in-kind match (beyond the 50% minimum) provided by the <br />applicant organization and partners. <br />Applicant organization's demonstrated history of accomplishments in regards to activities <br />similar to the proposed project. <br />Level of staffing (volunteer or paid) and expertise the applicant organization will dedicate to <br />proposed project. <br /> <br />4 <br />
