DETAILED FIRM FIXED PRICE PROPOSAL <br />Protocol Review and Year 1 Monitoring Plan and Budget Development <br />Table 1 details the fixed price proposal for protocol review and Year 1 monitoring plan and budget <br />development for Blue Mountain Consultants. Any expenses incurred wouid be reimbursable at cost and <br />any travel related expenses related to meetings (e.g. lodging, per diem, and mileage), would be <br />reimbursable at the current government approved rate for the destination traveled to. <br />Table 1. The duty station for the bulk of the summer field <br />season would be Kearney, Nebraska and no lodging or per diem would be charged during this time. <br />Lodging and per diem would be charged at current government rates for field visits outside this "block" <br />of time. <br />Table 2.
