In addition, a <br />summary of the hydraulic modeling analysis will be provided. <br />Task 4 -Summary Report of Water Infrastructure (All) <br />Description of Task: Work will include preparation of a report that summarizes the findings of <br />individual studies. Generally the report will address existing water quality, water rights, water <br />demands vs. available capacity, identified system deficiencies, and recommended system <br />improvements. <br />o Methodology: Review of available information, analysis, conclusions, prioritization, and <br />engineering judgment. <br />o Description of major deliverableslproducts: Engineering report provided in hard and digital copy. <br />Task 5 -Financial Water Planning (Civil Design Consultants, Inc.) <br />o Description of Task: Based on work completed as part of this study identify needed <br />improvements, review the Town's capital improvement budget and water use rate structure, and <br />prioritize recommended improvements. <br />o Methodology: Review of available information, analysis, conclusions, prioritization, and <br />engineering judgment. <br />o Description of major deliverables/products: Incorporate findings into the summary report identified <br />under Task 4. <br />Task 6 -Storage Tank Design (Civil Design Consultants, Inc.) <br />o Description of Task: Prepare technical design documents for the construction of a new steel <br />treated water supply storage tank. <br />o Methodology: Based on studies completed in previous work tasks, indentify suitable tank sites <br />and prepare design documents of a new steel treated water supply storage tank. <br />Description of major deliverables/products: Construction budget, drawings, and technical <br />specifications. <br />II. Scott Fifer, Hydrologist - Mr. Fifer is President of Resource Engineering, Inc. and founded the <br />Company in 1990. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Watershed Science from Colorado <br />State University (CSU) in 1973. Scott returned to CSU in 1980 to complete graduate studies in <br />hydrology and water resources engineering. He is well known for his expertise in water rights, water <br />supply planning, water quality and basin hydrology.
