Performance measures were developed for BOR and will be submitted to both BOR and CWCB
simultaneously at the end of the 24 month project. Actual benefits will be derived by comparing pre-project
data with post-project data. Both pre- and post-project measurements will be derived from:
• Frequency and accuracy of data on reservoir water levels and releases, and
• Employee time spent on reservoir monitoring and water control.
Payment: Payment will be made based on actual expenditures and invoicing by the water activity sponsor.
The request for payment must include a description of the work accomplished by major task, and estimate
of the percent completion for individual tasks and the entire water activity in relation to the percentage of
budget spent, identification of any major issues and proposed or implemented corrective actions. The last
5 percent of the State-funded portion of the water activity budget will be withheld until final project/water
activity documentation is completed.
All products, data and information developed as a result of this grant must be provided to CWCB in hard
copy and electronic format as part of the project documentation.
Section 2: Key Personnel
The project team described in Table 6 was vetted and selected as part of the BOR Water 2025 Challenge
Grant.
Table 8: PART{CIPANT QUALIFICATIONS
PaRici nt Qualificatans Role
Terry Scanga, B.A. Economics; 33 years experience in business Prinapal-at-Large
UAWCD Man er administration 8 man ement; district mono er since 2001
Ivan Walter, UAWCD
Consulting District M.S.
