Existing water rights and new water rights will utilize the available capacity up to the limits <br />identified and water will be delivered to individual users for treatment, blended with higher <br />quality water, and/or delivered to terminal storage for subsequent redistribution. <br />The total demand for water overtime and at build out was completed as part of the SMWSA <br />Regional Water Master Plan. The <br />identification and development of water supply alternatives includes: water conservation, reuse, <br />additional groundwater and surface water options.
